Our back yard is fully bricked, minimizing insect population. There is lots of sun but areas shaded by beautiful palms (none of which have coconuts to fall on your head). In addition to the pool and hot tub, there is fitness equipment, lounge chairs, barbeque grill and and outdoor dinette with umbrella.
In the evening the yard is lighted with white & blue lights that cast a beautiful aura on the pool for your evening swimming pleasure.
All residents are welcome to use these amenities.

It may be hot in Florida in the summertime but the swimming pool and of course, air conditioning makes it very tolerable. The winters are simply gorgeous...so get out of the cold and move in with us to this tropical wonderland.
